Troubleshooting, support options, and guidance for using Musician Broker.

1. Quick Help

I can’t log in.

Ensure your email and password are correct. If needed, use the password reset option or contact support.

I’m not receiving emails.

Check your spam folder and verify your email address. Some providers may delay delivery.

My matches look incorrect.

Matches depend on the information you provide. Updating your profile may improve accuracy.

2. Troubleshooting

The site isn’t loading correctly.

Try refreshing the page or opening the site in an Incognito or InPrivate window. This helps rule out browser extensions or stale scripts without requiring you to clear your entire cache. If the issue continues, trying a different browser can also help identify whether it’s a local browser problem.

Buttons or features aren’t working.

This can happen if a browser extension blocks part of the site or if a script didn’t load fully. Try refreshing the page or opening the site in an Incognito or InPrivate window, which temporarily disables extensions. If things work there, the issue is likely caused by an extension or cached script.

4. Data Requests

If you need help with your data or want to request account deletion, you can email support@musicianbroker.com with the subject line “Data Request”.

We can confirm what information is associated with your account and assist with deletion requests. Because our system stores data across several internal tables for privacy and security, we do not currently offer an automated “download everything” export. However, we are happy to answer questions about what data is stored and how it is used.

5. Platform Status

Musician Broker is designed to be available whenever you need it, but like any online service, issues can occasionally occur. If something seems offline or isn’t behaving as expected, you can email support@musicianbroker.com and we’ll look into it.

If the site is completely unavailable, you may need to check back later or contact support from another device or network.
